Kathy graduated from a top tier law school in China. Before she came to Canada, Kathy was a judge adjudicating commercial and civil disputes in Shenzhen Municipal Intermediate People’s Court. Kathy obtained her first Master's degree in Law from the University of Hong Kong and her second Master from Dalhousie University. Kathy is a native Mandarin speaker and has Chinese drafting ability. In her spare time, Kathy enjoys spending time with her husband and children, as well as traveling, cooking, hiking, and reading.
